Hypocrites:

the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name: (my servants eat, but you hungry) I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose [that] in which I delighted not. Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed. the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and [his] indignation toward his enemies. 
the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: He hath covered the prophets and your rulers, the seers. I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people (destroy the wisdom from the hypocrites), [even] a marvellous work and a wonder: (strange since against own people- physically, not spiritually- purges hypocrites from sincere)
I will distress Ariel(Jersalem/alter), and there shall be heaviness and sorrow: and it shall be unto me as Ariel. I will camp against thee(Ariel) round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee. thou(Ariel) shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.
the LORD shall rise up as [in] mount Perazim,(when David went up against Philistines) he shall be wroth as [in] the valley of Gibeon, (next David easily took out Gibeon to) that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.(strange since against His Own people) 
And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there. And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me. 
 
Sacrifices/not hear:
I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
incense is an abomination unto me;
the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; [it is] iniquity, even the solemn meeting. 
Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear [them]. 
when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you:
when ye make many prayers, I will not hear:
As he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the LORD of hosts.
 
Sacrifice: 
I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices: 
Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required. I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds. I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me. Thou desirest not sacrifice. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness. This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs. He had no pleasure in burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin. [thus Christ] He accepts spiritual sacrifices.
 
Gospel:
(As the new wine is found in the cluster, and [one] saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing [is] in it) so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy them all. 
He said that the days would come when He would make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.
I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense. 
I, [even] I, [am] he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. 
let us plead together:
He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it;(cut down house of David) I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one,(line of Christ) and will plant it upon an high mountain and eminent. I will plant it in the mountain of the height of Israel. the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I have spoken and have done it.
the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he will not hear.
 
I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls [which] I have made. I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners. (we could never please God without Jesus) I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to [him that is] far off, and to [him that is] near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him. (But no peace to wicked- hard rather than ignorant)
 
the LORD saw [it], and it displeased him that [there was] no judgment. And he saw that [there was] no man, and wondered that [there was] no intercessor: therefore his arm(Jesus) brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance [for] clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke. 
 
He limiteth a certain day.
He saith, A new covenant; He hath made the first old.
this [is] my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that [is] upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth (nor seed’s mouth forevermore)
He said His covenant was that He would put His laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and He would be to them a God, and they would be to Him a people.
He said that all shall know Him, from the least to the greatest.
He said He would be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will He remember no more.
He hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 
 
I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: 
I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins:
the LORD hath done [it](Delivered from Babylon, sin)
my law (is in their hearts), a law shall proceed from me, I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people. My righteousness [is] near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people;
 
Gentile:
He spared not the natural branches. [Israel]
He shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith
He would call them His people, which were not His people.
I am sought of [them that] asked not [for me]; I am found of [them that] sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation [that] was not called by my name.
